SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE

The house is protected by exterior motion sensor security cameras and they are on 24/7/365. There are a total of  5 cameras and they are directed toward the main entry doors, the parking lot, hot tubs, and the front yard.

ROOF AVALANCHE DISCLOSURE

Winter: CAUTION! Our house has a metal roof and the snow is intended to slide off the roof and that can happen at any time! The snow is heavy and often contains large chunks of ice, all of which are VERY dangerous and can cause serious injury. Please use care while on the front deck when grilling and in the rear of the house near the back deck. Whenever there is snow on the roof, it is recommended that no unsupervised children go on the deck and it might be best for them not to venture on the front deck at all.  Did you see the pic on the listing with the front of the house buried in snow? All of that slid off the roof! USE CAUTION!

HOT TUB DISCLOSURE

You understand the use of a hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the hot tub and hold the owner harmless.  Do Not exceed 30 minutes in the hot tub. Excessive exposure can be harmful to health. Persons with poor health should consult their physician before using.

You understand the use of SAUNA is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the sauna and hold the owner harmless.  Do Not exceed 30 minutes in the sauna.
